Bland characters, bland writing and a bland plot. This book has nothing to recommend it.

One great idea (beer is good!) killed by terrible writing.

A gem of an idea totally destroyed by sloppy writing and a completely un-gripping plot line. Only 50 or so pages in the middle show any promise and save this book from a one star rating.
Bland characters and extensive (and badly written) fight sequences made it very hard for me to keep any kind of interest at all (I couldn't read this book with music on because I found myself much more interested in listening to the music than in reading the book)... The Arthur legend has been done so much more skillfully in the past and I feel Mr. Powers has a cheek even to attempt it when his writing is so poor and unimaginative.

A Book about saving the world through beer - what could be better!
