Howl's Moving Castle (Diana Wynne Jones)

Entertaining enough for what it is. I'd definately recommend this over things like Harry Potter but it does seem episodic and maybe loses itself overall.
There are definately some nice scenes/ideas in there though.

Not for me this but I think I'm about 25 years too old and the wrong gender for this book. It felt confused for a children's book though and possibly slightly longer than it needed to be. Easier to read for an adult than Harry Potter as at least the language is slightly more than one dimensional, but for those that thrive on the richness of language or well constructed themes and stories I'd advise looking elsewhere.
